Do you have a cancellation policy?
We have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services, we appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. “No Shows” are responsible for 100% of the cost of appointment.
Can I wash my hair after a color service?
Yes, as long as it is a shampoo for color care. This will help to protect your investment for a longer period of time.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes, please let us know the type of service you are trying to purchase and type/length of hair and we will give you an estimate so that you can purchase the Gift Certificate that you need. Please call for more details, (084) 6181 539.
Should I wash my hair before I do a color treatment?
Yes, clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn’t allow products to perform at its 100%.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
We understand Mossel Bay has congestion due to roadwork traffic hours, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not get the services you reserved, but please call to notify of delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment.
Do you have a service guarantee policy?
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us while at the salon and we will try our best to meet your expectations.
Are the premises wheelchair and handicap accessible?
Yes, the premises allows for access to clientele with handicaps.
Is there client parking?
Yes, there is ample parking for clientele. at no extra cost.
Is there a public restroom?
Yes, there are bathroom facilities for clientele that includes stalls for handicapped clientele.
Are there beverages available?
Yes, we provide Coffee and Tea at a reasonable price, Cooldrinks are available for purchase at stores on the premises.
