Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.\

Children

A Next Level Hair Studio welcomes all well-behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children

Breakage

Customers will be held liable for any costs pertaining to loss of products and or equipment due to negligence on their side ( ie: knocking over and or breaking equipment or products)

Redo

A Next Level Hair Studio stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

Payment

A Next Level Hair Studio Accepts Visa, MasterCard and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

A Next Level Hair Studio proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at A Next Level Hair Studio, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

Personal Items 

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Medical Conditions

Please inform your Stylist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. And could lead to undesirable results. Services and Treatments are carried out by trusted parties who are the services providers. When making a reservation, it is your responsibility to tell the service providers directly about any physical or mental condition that you have and that may need special treatment.

Consultations

If you are a new client or thinking of changing your hair style or colour, please take advantage of our complimentary consultations. A member of our team will give you the best advice to suit you and your hair. Consultations can be booked online or by phoning the salon.

Extended Appointments

Please note, there will be an additional charge for appointments that are extended past the usually required time.

Safety & Wellbeing

A Next Level Hair Studio is committed to making sure our salons and workplace is a safe space for all. We have a ‘zero tolerance’ stance towards discrimination, abuse, harassment and violence.

Instances of verbal abuse, physical abuse, threats, harassment and violence are unacceptable, and will be reported and investigated.

Refusal of Service

At A Next Level Hair Studio we always strive to provide the very best service we can to our clients. There are very few instances in which we reserve the right to refuse custom if it is in the best interests of those concerned. We will always be polite but will explain our reasons honestly.

    • If a client asks for a service we don’t provide, don’t specialise in, or we aren’t comfortable in providing. e.g. the condition of the hair is not suitable for the service requested.
    • If a client repeatedly fails to show up for an appointment. We appreciate that a change of circumstances can happen to anyone, but if this is happening on a regular basis, it comes detrimental to our business and to other clients.
    • If a client is repeatedly unhappy with the service we provide, despite our best efforts, we may suggest that we are not the right people to do their hair. We want all our clients to have a good experience, and we will be honest if we feel we are unable to provide this.
    • If a client discriminates, abuses, harasses or is violent towards an employee or another client.
    • If at any time that the staff and or client’s are made to feel uncomfortable due to the actions of another client we reserve the right to ask said person to evacuate the premises.

We accept no liability for loss or injury whilst on these premises. All patrons enter at their own risk. and carry full responsibility for their personal belongings.
